Day glo Fluorescent casual shorts 1980s 1990s vintage men's large

Description

1980s to early 1990's, men's day-glo shorts. There are 2 front pockets and 1 in the back. Could also use as swim trunks. There is an elastic waist ( some weakening, probably 2/3 strength left) but NO inside pull string -so these could come off if you're not careful ( your dry-cleaner/tailor could put one in for about .00). There is no liner, no fly or zipper. Brand tag removed. Inexpensive, quickly made shorts, probably from a discount store or swap meet type seller. Very fun print!
Men's current loose fitting  Large: 34" waist (laid flat on table) will stretch up to 42",
so will best fit men's waists of 36 to 39", 16" out seam or total length, 4" inseam, 13.5" rise.
