Our direct pressure portable sandblaster system has the first V cone bottom design. The media funnels down, allowing for easy movement of the media. Included are a built-in regulator and water trap!
Our commercial-grade blasting hose is 1.063 OD and a 1/2 ID and 20 ft in Length. We use aluminum housing over the hose. When the ends are placed on the hose, screws go through the collar and hose to prevent it from coming apart during operation. This makes it secure by forcing the metal up against the rubber hose, causing a perfect seal. Safety is essential when sandblasting, and this takes the chance for the hose to blow loose out of the equation. We use this on both the blaster and the nozzle side. The blasting hose has a quick connection with a safety lock. This will also prevent injuries and make it easier (especially since the ends are detachable for hose repair) to transport the blaster.
Unlike the screw-on cap that most of the competitors have, our fill seal is unique and has been designed to go inside the tank and be sealed by the tank!!! This means until ALL pressure is decompressed, the cap can not be removed, making it completely safe!
Our wheels are 5 X 10 inches with Solid Rubber. The wheels are solid to handle the weight of this blaster, including the media. We have invested a lot of time in this design for this blaster and are happy that it is the top of the line to be built in the industry.
It has an inverted top, which means no funnel is needed when filling. The top is domed inward. Therefore, there is no need for a funnel when filling. Fill with abrasive, hold up the handle on the fill seal, turn on the air, and you are ready to blast. We decided to have this sandblaster designed and built with a DEADMAN handle valve. This valve's design provides a simple way to stop media flow by automatically sealing the passageway when the user lets go of the handle and enhances the sandblaster's safety.
Add abrasive and hook up to an air supply, and you are ready to blast. Some assembly is required.
