Liners for RPHA-11 Pro helmets are split into three size groups for the three shell and EPS sizes that are used:  This is the group for their medium shell and EPS helmets which cover Medium and Large size helmets
Medium/12mm is standard in M helmets and Large/9mm is standard in L helmets
You can effectively change the size of your helmet within this range – for smaller and larger size helmets
