You are looking at a hard to find Lionel 107 Direct Current Reducer for 110 Volts. In the USA during the WWI Era, Many homes were Electrified with Direct Current. Even Parts of New York City had 110 Volts Direct Current. The Cord has it's Original Screw in Plug. The Base, A Substantial Slate Slab, Measures 8" x 11" and it is 3/4" Thick. The Top is a Thick Sheet of Russian Iron with holes for Heat Ventilation. It is all Original in Very Good to Excellent Condition. It Does
