If your Scorpion R420 helmet is too tight on the cheeks, replace the pads with a size up.
Example, if your helmet is medium, install large pads.
This is a cheek pad replacement set only.
Not the full interior liner.
IMPORTANT: Only swap out padding and liners within the same helmet shell size.
