Merchandise must be in new condition with all packaging, manuals, tags, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges to exchange or return an item. For returned items, 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded price. To exchange or return please contact us to receive a RMA# and instructions.
